LASIK Surgery
US Digital has added a LASIK vision benefit above and beyond glasses and contacts for employees and dependents on our medical plan. Each employee and dependent on the plan has $1,000 available toward this procedure. This benefit can be used by any employee or immediate family member. This benefit is reimbursed directly to the employee with proof of payment.
Will Vision, Crews LASIK and Cataract Center
While our medical plan covers Cataract surgery, Cataract surgery performed by Will Vision and Laser Centers or Crews LASIK & Cataract Center is now covered with no copay, no deductible, and no co-insurance applied, and will include the premium lenses! Other services, including LASIK are also 80% covered when performed by Will Vision and Laser Centers or Crews LASIK & Cataract Center.
