Vancouver, WA - US Digital is proud to announce the release of two new optical encoders, the H15D and H15S
The H15D and H15S optical encoders are non-contacting
rotary to digital position feedback devices designed for applications
requiring a size 15 servo mount. Their design features two rugged
radial ball bearings and a standard " diameter shaft which may be
coupled to the application shaft using one of US Digital's flexible
couplings.
The H15D and H15S may be mounted and held in position by either using the 4-40 machine screw holes in the base or by using the attached servo ring and separate servo cleats. The servo ring is made of black anodized aluminum while the servo cleats are made of stainless steel.
Both the H15D and H15S allow for a polarized connector that latches directly into the encoder while only the H15D features an internal RS422 differential line driver.
The H15D and H15S servo mount encoders may be ordered and shipped with little or no lead-time.
