 These probe encoders provide either a single-ended or differential quadrature encoder output in a convenient mechanical package. The PE features smooth linear bearings for repeatable measurements, and an internal spring to return the plunger to its fully extended position. Standard linear measurement ranges include 1 and 2 inches.

  • Low cost plunger-style probe encoder
  • Linear ranges from 1" to 2"
  • 125, 127, 250 or 500 CPI
  • 0.002", 50.0 m, 0.001" or 0.0005" resolution
  • A and B quadrature digital output
  • Index output available
  • TTL compatible outputs
  • Single-ended or differential outputs available
  • Plunger has 4-48 threads on both ends
  • Standard 3/8" diameter mounting stem
  • Finger-latching connector provides a secure connection
  • Interfaces with all US Digital support products
