Vancouver, WA - US Digital is proud to announce the release of three new differential encoders, the E6, H6, and S6.
All three of these are non-contacting rotary to digital position feedback devices that provide resolutions from 100 to 2048 CPR (400 to 8192 counts per revolution). They feature internal RS422 differential line drivers and a latching polarized connector.

The E6 is a quick assembly kit encoder designed to easily mount to and dismount from an existing shaft from 2mm to 1 inch diameter.
The H6 has a " diameter shaft with two heavy-duty ball bearings. The S6 has a " diameter shaft with a potentiometer type bushing for front panel applications.
These three new encoders convert real-time shaft angle, speed, and direction into TTL-compatible differential quadrature outputs with or without index from DC to 100kHz. They feature an unbreakable mylar disk, metal shaft and bushing, LED light source, monolithic electronics, and single +5V operation.
