E5 Insert Overmold - PCN 1008 Skip

In an effort to enhance the robustness of our E5 encoder, the four threaded inserts pressed into the base are being replaced with similar threaded nuts that will be insert-molded into the encoder base. This change in process will retain the insert with much greater strength.
