Machine Shop Capabilities:

The US Digital machine shop has the latest in high tech computer controlled machining equipment. We can machine very precise, small to medium parts in large quantities.

• 3 automatic CNC screw machines for parts of 1/8 to 1 dia.
• 2 automatic CNC mill / turn centers for parts up to 2 1/2" dia.
• 1 horizontal CNC machining center
• 2 vertical CNC milling machines
• 1 vertical manual milling machine
• 1 CNC lathe
• 2 manual lathes

All of the automatic machines are capable of running in an unattended, lights-out mode for extended periods. We produce all of our tooling and fixturing along with prototype parts for new product development.
