Machine Shop Capabilities:
The US Digital machine shop has the latest in high tech computer controlled machining equipment. We can machine very precise, small to medium parts in large quantities.
- 3 automatic CNC screw machines for parts from 0.125" to 1" diam.
- 2 automatic CNC mill / turn centers for parts up to 2.5" diam.
- 2 vertical CNC milling machines
- 1 horizontal CNC machining center
- 1 CNC lathe
- 1 vertical manual milling machine
- 2 manual lathes
All of the automatic machines are capable of running in an unattended, lights-out mode for extended periods. We produce all of our tooling and fixturing along with prototype parts for new product development.
