Injection Molding Capabilities

The US Digital injection molding department has the latest in high tech servo-driven all-electric machines. We can mold to very tight repeatable tolerances.

• 2 Sumitomo 55-ton all-electric molding machines with lens options.
• 2 Yushin servo-driven 3-axis traversing robots with beside the press trimming and sorting
• 3 Matsui desiccant dryers with fines filtration and dry air conveying
• 2 Matsui beside the press grinders
• 2 Sterling color feeders
• 2 Advantage HE mold heaters
• 1 air cooled chiller
• 1 5-ton overhead crane

All of the automatic machines are capable of running in an unattended, lights-out mode for extended periods. We create all molds in-house for injection molding to ensure moldability and quality parts.
